Reviews for our Scandinavia Highlights Escorted Tour
"We can not speak more highly of Stephanie – she was an excellent tour guide. She spoke constantly and was so informative and knowledgeable in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland (she left us in Helsinki). It was a very difficult, sad time for her personally as we arrived in Oslo the morning after the shooting and bombing. She had to change the itinerary and route due to the virtual closure of Oslo. Stephanie is a very organised person and the tour ran smoothly because of that. She had to organise our luggage on to the two overnight ferries which was done with a minimum of fuss. Stephanie was wonderful, obviously enjoys her job and goes the “extra mile” – she is a definite asset to the company.
We were very pleased to have Stanislow to get us from St Petersburg to Moscow on the Capsan train – he was also very good. Again – thank you for a very positive happy experience. From the first enquiry with Heidi (who always answered promptly and efficiently) to the complete tour – transfers, connections, guides, accommodation, tours – just everything!
We would recommend Baltic Holidays to anyone! " Gary & June Holmes, July 2011
