We are home and have recovered from jet lag. I just wanted to let you know what a great holiday we had. Everything worked so well…drivers and guides arrived on time and our hotels were all in very convenient safe locations so we felt very comfortable walking in the evenings. We got swept up in the Olympic fever in Vilnius as the semi final basketball game was being played while we were there and a big screen was set up in the town square where we watched some of the game.
All the guides gave us tours longer than the scheduled 3 hours and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with each one of them.
We really enjoyed our chatty driver Ivo who drove us from Tallinn to Riga.
I wish we had spent more time in Helsinki….it just means we will have to go back there again.
Thank you again for all your arrangements. We really enjoyed our holiday and I would not hesitate in recommending you to anyone who is planning a similar trip.
