Favourite Baltic destination?Vilnius has always been my favourite city. Nida is wonderful on the Curonian spit for a relaxing time and Planga if you want a more lively nightlife and good for children during the day.
Favourite Baltic memory? The first time I was in Vilnius. I was expecting a cold drab city but was confronted with a cobbled street old town with bars and coffee shops and 30c temperature.
Chips or Chocolate?Chocolate.
Favourite song or film?Cinema Paradiso.

Baltic memories Jumping off the Pedalo in Madazbaki Lake, Latvia, being serenaded by an Omm-pa band in Vilnius, cycling in Aukstaitija National Park, canoeing by moonlight in Sooma National Park, Estonia, children listening to a classical concert in their pyjamas at the Ammende Villa, heavenly massages at the Baltic Beach Hotel, late nights in the Whiskey bar Vilnius, jaw dropping at the size of the Winter Palace in St Petersburg……I could go on and on!
Chips or Chocolate?Depends on my mood, probably chocolate!
Favourite song or film? It’s really embarrassing but I’m such a hopeless romantic I could watch Notting Hill until the cows come home.
Ideal dinner party guest?I’d love to have met Frank Sinatra - now he could have told a story or two!

Favourite / most satisfying part of the job? I love it when people tell me that they are so excited about the plans that I have put together for them and what a wonderful experience they had planning the trip with me. Putting the finishing touches to bookings by reserving tables at restaurants, booking opera tickets and that all important spa treatment, also chatting on the phone to clients discussing everything that they can experience in the Baltics is great. This makes me feel like I have done a great job even before my clients have visited the Baltics and having visited the Baltics many times I know that they will have a wonderful time.
Favourite Baltic destination? It’s so hard to choose but it has got to be Parnu in Estonia, staying at the Ammende Villa as it is just out of this world. The first time I stepped into the Ammende Villa it was in early April and it was still cold, the sea in that year was still frozen and the mist was really eerie, I was amazed. I fell in love with the Ammende Villa and Parnu there and then.
Any Baltic Stories? My first night ever in Vilnius was memorable, Vivienne and I had left Phil and Josie for the evening after dinner and visiting the fantastic bar Fallen Angels (a must), we were supposed to head back to the Narutis hotel where we were staying before heading off on a tour of Lithuania very early the next morning. We got lost; it took us two hours to find our way a few hundred meters up the road. The best thing was how safe we felt, I wouldn’t walk around Manchester at that time of the morning! Obviously we had had a few drinks that didn’t help with our bearings. After getting in at 3am we still managed to order a pot of tea and sit on our balcony to make the most of our stay.
Chips or Chocolate? Chocolate (dark) of course!!
Favourite song or film? It’s a wonderful Life with James Stewart and for my song it would have to be it makes no difference by the Band.
Ideal dinner party guest?Jonny Depp, who else?

Favourite / most satisfying part of the job?The most satisfying part of my job is when clients return from their trip and call me to let me know what a fantastic experience they had. It makes it all worth while.
Favourite Baltic destination? My favourite Baltic destination has to be Nida on the Curonian Spit. The sand dunes there are amazing and backed by beautiful pine forests. This small village in Lithuania is definitely is one of the most unspoilt places I've ever been to.
Fun Baltic Memories? Visiting Grutas park in the middle of December - it was very cold. We visited the restaurant the for tradition Lithuanian borsch (beetroot soup) We all ordered a Vodka (at 50p a glass) which soon warmed us up.

Favourite song or film? Pride & Prejudice (Oh Mr Darcy!!!!)
Ideal dinner party guest? The Queen.
