DAY ONE
Arrive Vilnius Airport to be met by your driver for your private transfer to your hotel in Vilnius. You will be staying at our lovely 4* Hotel for a two night stay.
This 4* Hotel is based in the heart of the old town, and is a great favourite with our clients. The hotel is a converted 13th century monastery set around a quiet courtyard. Rooms are classically decorated and comfortable.

DAY TWO
10am: You will be met in reception at your hotel for a private 3 hour walking tour of the old town. This is a great way to get to know the city and your bearings.
Vilnius is a beautiful city full of wonderful architecture and interesting museums.

DAY THREE
10am: Check out of your hotel and, in reception, meet your driver and guide for your private transfer south-west to Druskininkai.
Included is a trip to Grutas Park (Gruto Parkas), just outside Druskininkai.
Considered a controversial idea by some locals, Grutas Park is the final resting ground for many Soviet Sculptures. During Soviet times statues of Stalin and Lenin were placed anywhere of importance in the Baltic's. In town squares great big monuments were erected, in schools, libraries and hospitals, busts or smaller statues would be placed. After independence these were gleefully ripped down, only now to be collected together in one place. It makes for an interesting visit and also has a wonderful restaurant serving traditional and tasty food.
Then its on to check into your 3 * Spa (high standard 3*)in Druskininkai for your three night stay.

The Spa is a large modern building situated in some lovely grounds with manicured lawns and impressive trees. The actual building may look a little austre in the winter but as they say don't judge a book by its cover, as inside an oasis of calm and relaxation greets you.
