INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU
We supply a form on our website for contacting us. This generally includes asking you for information such as your name, email, telephone and how we can help you. You may also contact us by telephone or email and provide your contact details and personal information. We have a newsletter signup form where you can sign up to receive regular announcements from Baltic Holidays (using MailChimp) and you will opt-in to receive this. We automatically collect technical information from your website visit including your IP address, browser, operating system, pages you visit on our website (Google Analytics). These do not contain personal information.

WHAT WE DO WITH THAT INFORMATION
We collect information about you in order to process your holiday booking and to ensure your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements. This will require us to pass the information on to relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels and transport companies. The data we collect will also be used to manage your account and activities with us. We may wish to contact you for marketing purposes about our other products and services that we think may be of interest to you, however we will always ask for your consent before doing this. Baltic Holidays will not share your information for marketing or data collection purposes with any third party. We store our data on our dedicated secure servers and in our dedicated travel management system customer database. We store no payment details as these are all handled securely and confidentially via secure links on our website to our online payment provider 'paySera' who also adhere to the GDPR.

HOW WE RECEIVE AND STORE THIS INFORMATION
We receive your enquiry from our website in an email which is handled by our website provider - Way Fresh. More information on how they handle their data can be found on their website. We also receive your information when you directly email us, telephone us, or give us your details in person at a travel show or meeting. We will store your contact details (full name, email, telephone, address) and all email correspondence for 10 years on our secure database. We store your information in our email accounts and our travel management system database (Axum by PortSeaSoftware) - all held on our own dedicated secure server. Technical information is collected, stored and reported on using Google Analytics.

MARKETING
We would like to send you information about products and services of ours which may be of interest to you. We do this via our MailChimp newsletter account and send out a newsletter approximately one a month. If you choose to unsubscribe from the newsletter there is a link to do so anytime. You will only be included on the newsletter mailing list if you have given your consent.

OUR WEBSITE
We use Google Analytics to collect, store and report on technical information from our website www.balticholidays.com. This does not include personal information but is used by us to improve and monitor our website and web marketing.

CUSTOMER REQUESTS
If you are a Baltic Holidays customer you may request to see what information we hold relating to you, free of charge. We can also amend or delete this data on your request.

THIRD PARTIES
We will never sell or exchange mailing lists of customer information. However, some of our suppliers will have temporary access to your information and we use them to help our service. We only use suppliers who follow GDPR guidelines themselves and are as follows:

Google Analytics (USA) - analytics.google.com - Collects anonymous technical data from website visitors and shows us reports of page views, unique visitors, and referrals to help improve our service.
Our website contains links to other websites. This privacy policy only applies to our website so when you link to other websites you should read their own privacy policies.
