Client feedback has always been key to our little company and now it is online for all to see (although we still like to look at handwritten letters of thanks from over the years, and hear clients regale us with memories from their Baltic holidays at travel shows).
Extensive experience
Since 1999 we have worked hard to become leading specialists in tailor-made Baltic travel and customised tours to Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. The Nordic countries and Eastern Europe naturally followed. Alongside our clients, we have hosted journalists, film crews (BBC Travel), Sally has written a new 'Bradt Guide to Lithuania' (2025), and we are regularly contacted for Baltic travel advice as destination experts.

Our team in Lithuania, the UK, and in all of our destinations work together closely and share the same values. Our tours are not just flights and hotel, or hotels and car hire - we will help you to meet people, experience local life, and take home memories of more than just the tourist sites. Consumer financial protection
We are an official registered tour operator in Lithuania and are financially monitored by quarterly reporting to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority to ensure we are operating within our means and pose no financial risk to our clients. Our tour operator licence number is 17212. We hold an insolvency insurance policy required by all EU tour operators, policy number LT25-KOFG-00000021-2 which is renewed annually and covers refund and repatriation for our package travellers. We are governed by the European Package Travel Directive and all of our packages (with or without flights) are compliant with the European Package Travel Regulations.
Fully tailor-made, customised itineraries
We design and create itineraries to suit each client. We have the contacts, knowledge and energy to make things happen - chat with us, challenge us! All of our tours can be customised, even group tours can be extended or a private day trip sneaked in. Our mission is to match your interests and needs with the best possible holiday to any of our destinations.
We work B2C
B2C means business-to-consumer, as a tour operator this means we sell directly to you the consumer, not to third parties who resell our tours. There is no middleman, no intermediary, no extra costs, no communication barriers. We pick up the phone and speak directly to you, or to the local hotel, guide or driver.

We want our clients to experience authentic local experiences; meeting locals, food tastings, folk traditions, live music, craft making - helping you connect meaningfully with the places you visit. Our insider knowledge and access to places off the typical tourist path allows us to bring authentic insights and personal stories to enrich your travel experience.
A small, independent travel company
We are a small team of dedicated experts and it is this team (both in the office and on the ground) that brings personality, anecdotes, recommendations and unique experiences to your trip. Our team is small but highly effective, our handpicked hotels, local guides and drivers are our friends and look after our clients very well. Some of us were born and live in the Baltics, one of us lived and worked there as an expat, and one of us had parents who escaped from there during the war. These connections strengthen our understanding and local knowledge of the region, alongside our energy and passion for promoting it.

We handpick our hotels, guides, drivers, and tailor-make our itineraries to offer the very best of what these countries can offer, anything less would be a disservice to the destinations.
